Someone asked me to do a tutorial on colouring so here it is. It's a dial-up killer.

Obviously I'm not amazing at colouring. If anyone see a fault with my technique and anything else feel free to comment.

EDIT: Just noticed that I, for some reason, spelt "fringe" as "frill". XP I was writing the tutorial at midnight, so blah, brain not working properly.

Yeah. It's 1.4 MB big. Try using the download botton, as that would be a bit more stable.
